Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery time is mentioned in each product description.

Pre-booked (Pre-order) products are delivered within 15-20 working days from the date of order. Customers are advised to place pre-bookings as early as possible to avoid last-minute rush.

Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 2-3 working days, as clearly mentioned on the product page.

If an order contains multiple products, where one item is ready to ship and another is a pre-order, the overall delivery timeline will be adjusted according to the pre-order item.

Store Pickup

Direct store pickup is available from our store at Bharanganam. Customers will be notified once the order is ready for collection.

Shipping Methods

Orders within India are shipped through Speed Post, DTDC, or Trackon Courier, depending on service availability and delivery location.

Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

International Shipping

For international deliveries, orders must be placed at least one month in advance of the required delivery date.

International shipping is processed via Speed Post, subject to destination-specific timelines.
